JSM Nexus ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) of Singapore. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal data when you use our website and services.

4. Data Retention (PDPA Compliance)

We will cease to retain your personal data, or remove the means by which the data can be associated with you, as soon as it is reasonable to assume that such retention no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected, and is no longer necessary for legal or business purposes.

Account Deletion & Statutory Retention

If you request to delete your account, your account will enter a 30-day grace period ("soft-deleted" state). During this time, your data is retained to allow for account recovery in case of accidental deletion and to prevent abuse or fraud. After 30 days, your account data will be permanently deleted. However, in accordance with the Singapore Limitation Act and Income Tax Act, we may retain certain transactional and billing data for up to six (6) years to fulfill mandatory financial auditing, tax obligations, and resolve disputes.

5. Access and Correction Rights

Under the PDPA, you have the right to request access to or correction of your personal data held by us. You may also withdraw your consent for us to collect, use, or disclose your personal data by providing reasonable notice. To exercise these rights, please contact our Data Protection Officer (DPO).

6. Data Security

We implement robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, modification, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
